Student Council
The Student Council is a subcommittee of the FCCS Board and is the peak Student representative body on campus. It has 16 elected student members and is chaired by the Student President. The Student Council promotes, supports and protects the rights and interests of students and ensures that Flinders One is responsive to student needs and concerns. The Student Council is supported by a variety of collectives and committees in which you can become involved. Contact the Student President for more information.

Student Spaces
Places for time and space to think, meet people, or relax!
Women's Rooms
At Flinders there are two Women's Rooms, one located at Sturt, next to Retail One, and the other (a newly refurbished Women's Room!!) located in the Mall Level, Main Campus, next to the Wholefood Store - definitely worth a look if you are passing by!
Women's rooms are designed to create a safe, harassment-free space where women can relax, study, have a coffee and share the support of other women without feeling intimidated, discriminated or harassed on campus. This means that no men can enter that space.
Women's rooms are also places where women can meet and organize feminist campaigns, share ideas and experiences and access info on women's services. You can also pick up a range of pamphlets.
Queer Space
Queer space is an autonomous space for Queer identifying students on campus. It is located in the Mall Level, Main Campus, and provides a safe and friendly place for all queer students to be themselves, relax and feel safe. Queer space is open weekdays 9am -5pm.
The Flinders One Student Hub
The Flinders One Student Hub is located at Room 152, Plaza Level, Main Campus (next to SUBWAY).
Here, you will find the Student President, and other Office Bearers who can assist you if you have any queries, concerns, or would like to become involved in any of the collectives or committees.
