Overview

No matter how hard you try, not everything in life goes to plan. At Student Assist we understand this and are here to help.

Our aim is to help you complete your degree by assisting you to resolve any problems that may get in the way. These problems may be academic, financial or personal. There may be other matters causing you difficulty such as employment, accommodation, insurance, etc. At Student Assist we can provide you with free, confidential  assistance and support to help overcome these problems, or simply provide information and options for issues of concern.

The Student Assist service is available to all currently enrolled students of Flinders University, providing counselling, advocacy, support, assistance, information and referrals on many issues that affect the lives of students.

Student Assist is a member of the ALLY network on campus.  


Alternatively, you can enquire at the newly refurbished Student Assist + Employment Office/Student Hub, which is located on the Plaza Level, Main Campus - next to SUBWAY.


You may make an appointment to see a Student Support and Advocacy Officer, or Financial Counsellor, or drop into the office between 9.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday, if you have a quick query.
